Another excellent article by The Hardball Times, this time about plate appearances in baseball and the amount of pitches a batter sees. Then they look into the Mark Teixeira deal. Good stats, but they surmise what we know: if those prospects pan out, it's a poor deal for the Braves.

Ugh. First Eddie Jones. Now it seems the Mavs are in the works for Chris Webber and James Posey. Great! An entire team that can't play defense! Hopefully, Posey puts some pants on before he's signed.
