Uh-oh. Lock up your children, women and pets. The Dallas Cowboys -- with Jason Ferguson on the shelf -- are looking to reload at nose tackle with Tank Johnson.

Yeah, that Tank Johnson.

The guy who had a small munitions tent in his house as if he were about to invade Finland.

This is after he was charged with having a hand gun. But he was only released by the Bears after he was subsequently pulled over for driving under the influence of alcohol. Guns? That's OK. Drinking and driving? That's where the Bears draw the line.

He's eligible for reinstatement by the league Oct. 29.

Frankly, why not? The last time the Cowboys had a hardcore felon on their team, they won three Super Bowls and he was elected to the Hall of Fame.
